Global Quality Manager

When you take on this new role with Amphenol Advanced Sensors you will be responsible for continuous improvement of internal and external quality performance of our global locations.  You must have a strong focus on the results of COPQ and introduce new improvement initiatives and have "hands on" execution.  Ability to leverage a teamwork-based approach with our plant quality teams, engineering resources, and plant leadership.  Essential Responsibilities Analyze plant quality metrics of global locations and prioritize activities and focus based on maximum impact on cost and customer satisfaction. Actively participate in the quality programs of our global facilities. Ability to preserve a "team work" atmosphere while driving accountability and execution of necessary actions. Establish long range quality objectives and strategies to exceed customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements. Provide leadership to plant quality teams and plant management to drive improved COPQ and external PPM Lead weekly plant quality meetings and approve all customer 8Ds done globally prior to sending to customers and closing. Lead "Key" customer quality issues from a customer communication thru the final corrective action implementation. Serve as the liaison to the customer in this tough type of situation. Efficiently work parallel paths and manage many projects simultaneously. Participate in continuous improvement Interface with all levels of Amphenol organization to clearly provide plans of action to generate expected levels of improvement. Moderate to extensive domestic and international travel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline 5 years of Quality Management experience Strong knowledge of TS16949 & IATF Standards Highly Technical/Analytical Advanced knowledge and application of quality tools for process and product controls.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
