AS AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
, you ll be responsible quarterly and monthly payroll reports, preparing FTE reports if necessary, adding monthly fixed assest additions, preparing nursing hours/patient day reports, depositing miscellaneous cash, and other accounting duties as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

- Have an Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business or related field- Have 2 years of experience with similar responsibilities- Have previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll (preferred)- Be detail oriented and accurate- Have effective verbal and written communication skills- Have a commitment to customer service- Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
