Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled
o Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner
o Accurately reports completed retail tasks via designated systems on the day the work is performed
o Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, activities, promotions, and objectives
o Completes required training and certification programs
o Uses a digital
camera
and the ability to take photos, resize them and upload as required
o Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned
o Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and clients work-withs
o Build brand recognition; image and voice
o Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to develop a professional working relationshipwith store management, associates and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client objectives
o Follows company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities
Qualifications:
o High School diploma or equivalency certification required
o Prior retail experience is preferred, but not required
o Plan-o-gram experience preferred, but not required
o Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary
o Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
o Standard background check and drug screening as required when designated by the client
o Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walkingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
