Property & Casualty Insurance License, must eventually be able to obtain Must have at least 2 year of customer service or client-facing experience Applied/AMS computer experience preferred, but not necessary High level of verbal and written communication Excellent people skills Ability to work in a team environment Detail-orientation with advanced computer competencies Must be coachable Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Strong attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Works well in a fast paced environment Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Agent:
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Job Type:
